A gentle Hatha yoga class is a great way to start your day!  Classic hatha yoga postures combined with pranayama (breath work) is an ancient process of self-discovery and liberation, cultivating and preserving an overall sense of well-being.  This class will assist in  bringing awareness to the physical and mental bodies, teaching us to see ourselves clearly,  and is suitable for all experience levels, especially those who are new to yoga or have been away from the practice for awhile.
