Music & Fine Arts Summer Camp

Hey, kids! Join us for a week of non-stop fun this summer learning the musical drama based on the Exodus story, “Moses and the Freedom Fanatics.” We’ll have lots of other activities, such as handbells, crafts, games, Bible stories, and more.  

Camp Details:

  • Dates: July 29 - August 2, 2024
  • Time: 9:30 am to 2:30 pm
  • Location: First Presbyterian Church
  • Performance: Sunday, August 4, 9:30 am
  • Age Range: Rising 2nd Grade through Rising 9th Grade
  • Registration Fee: $75 per camper

 

What to Expect:

  • Music Workshops: From learning to play handbells and drumming to exploring vocal techniques, our camp offers a music experience suitable for all skill levels. Jenny Hainen, from Little Rock, AR,  will lead African drumming with bells and chimes.
  • Fine Arts Sessions: Unleash your child's creativity through our fine arts sessions, with our guest artist in residence, Joel Schoon-Tanis.
  • Performance Opportunity: The camp will culminate in a special performance on Sunday, August 4, where campers can showcase their talents to family and friends during the 9:30 am worship service.
