We have a “Bonus Episode” of Lunch & Learns  — on Wednesday — in  May

In addition to our 2nd Thursday Lunch and Learns, we are adding a “bonus gathering” in May — midweek!

 

Justine Bykowski, MA, former Long Term Care and Senior Housing Counselor at University of Michigan Health System, Housing Bureau for Seniors, and Consumer Education consultant for the State of Michigan, will present: 

 

Wednesday, May 19, at Noon, on zoom - Avoiding Scams: You Can Do It: Some common scams that involve identity theft and phone scams will be discussed. We will also talk about your power to influence others in avoiding scams. Topics include: Low Tech and High-Tech  Scams; Strategies to Avoid Scams; Reporting and Recovering from Scams;  Impact of Scams on Older Adults; Resources for Continued Learning
