CEDAR POINT is nearly filled. Consent Releases are available outside my office door at the church. Cost is $60. Email me or call me this week to claim the last seats. Trip is this Monday, Memorial Day, May 31. Bus loads at 6:30 a.m. 5th-8th graders will be with an adult all day. High schoolers are released into the park. Everyone needs cash for all food, drinks in the park and fast food dinner on the drive home. We will arrive by 9 p.m. Students will call when we cross the Michigan border.
June 6 - All Church Picnic
June 7-8 - Senior Sneak - 8:30 a.m. Monday to Noon Tuesday. $80 & Consent Release. Trip closes this Friday.
June 13 Norfolk Commissiong at 9:30 a.m. Worship
June 19 - Norfolk Mission Trip departs at 7 a.m. from Arborland Parking Lot.
July 20-24 - Presbyterian Youth Triennium at Purdue University
High School Ministry is led by Rev. Jim Monnett (RJ), the Director of Youth Ministry, jmonnett@firstpresbyterian.org. I am an ordained Presbyterian Church USA pastor with over 10 years of youth ministry experience (and 15 years as a pastor). I am working on my Doctor of Ministry in pastoral theology at Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. My project work is in training adult lay leaders for effective youth mission trips.
